Our Coffee Crunch Cake is lusciously smooth yet crunchy. It is a vanilla sponge cake lightly soaked with coffee syrup, layered with smooth whipped cream, and covered with delightfully crunchy coffee candy.
Cakes larger than 8″ require at least two days notice.

This is my favorite cake from The Cakery. It is unique, sweet and crunchy and so delicious. The Coffee flavor is perfect, the cake is moist, the cream inside is fluffy and the toffee bits compliment it all so well. I will definitely be ordering more of this cake!
